Tufcoat is a trading arm of Kingsbury Lake Ltd., an ISO9001 company established in 2004; originally offering shrink-wrapping services to boatowners and boatyards under the trading name of Boatcoat.

Boatcoat still exists as a marine shrink-wrapping wholesaler and offers training services to marine companies who wish to offer shrink-wrapping as an additional service to their customers.

Tufcoat grew out of Boatcoat as an extension into the wider industrial market as other industries began to appreciate that any large product could be shrinkwrapped.

Tufcoat has customers around the world including blue-chip companies in industries as varied as aerospace, electronics, construction and defence.
